Reach Right Lifetime Limited Warranty
Thank you for your interest in our patented Reach Right tool designed and assembled by Reach Right LLC in Fargo, ND.
This Lifetime Limited warranty applies to physical goods and only for physical goods purchased from Reach Right, LLC of Fargo, ND. (the “Products”).

What does this limited warranty cover?
Reach Rights Limited Warranty warrants to the original end-user that its Products are free from defects in material and workmanship.
Reach Right warrants to the original end-user of its Products that Products that are damaged during use will be replaced. Reach Right will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its Products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials under regular use.
Reach Right reserves the right to change the terms of the limited lifetime warranty at any time and without prior notice.

What will we do to correct the problem(s)?
Reach Right, LLC will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its Products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials under regular use, at no charge, by using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for the Product(s) purchased from Reach Right, LLC is for a lifetime commencing from the date of purchase.
A replacement Product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product from the date of replacement or repair.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Lifetime warranty does not cover any damage to any Product that results from improper installation, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, repair, or modification.
This Limited Lifetime warranty does not apply to any Products on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated, or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand, or has been resold contrary to applicable law.

What do you have to do?
Contact Reach Right at orders@reachrightusa.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Upon contacting us, you will receive our Return Merchandise Authorization Form (“RMA”) form.
Upon completing and returning our RMA form, we will contact you with the next steps for completing the warranty claim.
