Estimated Shipping Timelines

We ship with UPS and USPS to all contiguous US, Hawaii and Alaska orders.  We offer different methods at checkout to give you the best value.  You can choose from ground to 2 day delivery service for most of the carriers we offer.

All 'ready to ship' item orders placed before 2pm CST will generally ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will generally ship the next business day. 

If your order contains "Pre-order" products (color variants or new products), your order will ship on or before the posted availability date. Lead times for "Pre-order" products will be posted with the item at checkout.  

Please note if your order contains a ‘pre-order’ item your order will not be shipped until the entire order is ready. If you are needing your order or any ready to ship items shipped immediately please either place a separate order or contact us to make a request.  Additional shipping charges may apply at our discretion. 

  • For standard shipping, orders will typically arrive 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
  • For economy shipping, orders will typically arrive 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, like weather-related delays. If we encounter any unexpected delays in shipping, we’ll notify you via email. 

If you need to expedite your order, we do suggest choosing a faster shipping option at checkout.


Free Shipping Offers

If your order exceeds a certain amount, as periodically advertised on our sites, you may qualify for free shipping. 

For example, we may offer FREE shipping in the continental USA on orders over $75 and FREE shipping on orders over $150 for customers outside the continental USA (Hawaii, Alaska).  

Free shipping offers are applied to the order total after any promotions or credits are applied, exclusive of taxes and other fees. If this option is available, you will see it advertised on our sites and the available free shipping method will be pre-selected at checkout for your convenience. 

Free shipping offers may be terminated at any time without notice.

Exclusions from Estimated Shipping Timelines and Free Shipping Offers

Estimated Shipping Timelines and Free Shipping Offers do not apply to:

  • Products shipping to U.S. territories, and international orders
  • Some PO boxes – dependent on courier
  • APO addresses
  • Pre-orders or back orders

International Shipping

For all international shipments, your order will be subject to applicable customs, tariffs, duties, and any required taxes.

DHL is our courier for international shipping.

Given the nature of APO shipments, we cannot provide return shipping, warranty work or replacement parts.  Customers will need to provide proof of purchase and pay any/all expenses to return and receive a refund, receive warranty work or replacement parts.  

Tracking your order

When your order is shipped you will receive an email or text from us with your tracking number and a link to track. 

Shipping a return

Before you ship your return please review our return policy and then you can start a return. Please do not send returns without starting a return request, that way we are aware your return is on its way. If you have any questions about returns in general please contact us.
