By applying to the Reach Right Creator Program, you agree to these terms.

1. How you earn

• You earn a commission on every completed order tracked to your affiliate link or your discount code.
• Commission is paid on the order subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping.
• Orders are tracked for 30 days after someone clicks your link.

2. Commission tiers

• Starter (10%): everyone accepted into the program starts here.
• Activated (15%): 10 or more sales, or $750 or more in referred sales, in a rolling 60 days.
• Elite Partner (20%): 50 or more lifetime sales, and 10 or more referred sales a month for 3 months in a row.
• Creators who join through Nov 30, 2026 start at Activated (15%) for their first month.
• Reach Right reviews performance regularly. When you qualify for a higher tier, we move you up and email you your new rate. If you fall below a tier's requirements for a full 60 days, we may move you down. You can always qualify again.

3. Your audience discount

• You get your own discount code. It gives your audience 10% off their Reach Right order.
• Your link applies the same 10% automatically at checkout.
• Your discount can't be combined with other Reach Right discount codes.
• Don't post your code on coupon or deal sites.

4. Free Pro Kit or buy and refund

• Creators with 5,000 or more followers whose content focuses on home improvement, lawn and landscaping, or snow removal will receive a free Pro Kit (handle and collar).
• Everyone else buys a handle at regular price. After you publish a post that Reach Right approves as usable, we will refund your purchase.
• Reach Right decides who qualifies for a free Pro Kit.

5. Say it's an ad

• Any post about Reach Right must clearly say you received free product, a refund, or earn a commission. Use #ad, #sponsored, or "Reach Right sent me this," at the start of the caption or video.

6. Using your content

• You give Reach Right permission to reshare, repost, and use your Reach Right posts and videos, including in ads, on its website, social channels, and email. We'll give you credit where we can.

7. Be accurate

• The Reach Right handle clamps onto your existing tool handle. Describe it honestly.
• Don't make medical claims, such as saying it fixes or cures back pain.

8. Paid ads

• Don't run paid search ads on "Reach Right" or close variations of the name.

9. Payouts

• Commissions are paid once a month by PayPal for the prior month's approved orders.
• Refunded or fraudulent orders don't earn commission.
• Purchases you make through your own link or code don't earn commission.
• You're responsible for any taxes on your commissions.

10. Other

• Reach Right can decline any application or remove any affiliate at any time.
• Reach Right may update these terms. We'll email you before changes take effect.
